Objective: chronic urticaria is a common allergic skin disease. Its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated, and the treatment of it is relatively difficult. In this study, detection of allergens and desensitization treatment of chronic urticaria patients were carried out by bioresonance therapy, the distribution and quantity of allergens for chronic urticaria were investigated, and changes in serum histamine and leukotriene following the treatment were monitored, so as to explore the mechanism involved. Methods: Allergens were detected by"mirror image reversal"assay. The distribution and quantity of allergens were compared among the cured, significantly effective, tiny effective, and ineffective cases, and also between total effective and total ineffective cases. Desensitization treatment was conducted in 40 chronic urticaria patients with inverse and amplified oscillations of the allergen. Before and after the treatment, serum histamine and leukotriene contents were determined by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).
