Stab Winding Cutem Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria

Purpose:The research is test on the patients with chronic urticaria, treated by the bleeding,cupping therapy, to test the change of clinical symptoms integral、the level of leukotriene B4、 prostaglandinD2’s change before and after the treatment; and follow-up visit the recurrence rate and recurrence interval after the treatment, evaluate the bleeding,cupping therapy effect on the patients with chronic urticaria. Probe the mechanization of bleeding cupping therapy treatment on the patients with chronic urticariaMethods:Make the90cases of patients with chronic urticaria who fit to the standard separate into three groups randomly, give the patients of drug group Imidazole sting10mg once a day the course of the treatment is a total of28days.Make the patients of cupping group and the drug combination with cupping therapy group (Imidazole sting10mg once a day and28days in all) treated by bleeding,cupping therapy.The course of the bleeding,cupping therapy once every two days,28days in all.After the treatment, to test the change of clinical symptoms integral、the level of the leukotriene B4、prostaglandinD2’s change before and after the treatment; and follow-up visit the recurrence rate and recurrence interval after the treatment once a mouth, three mouth in all.Result:1.The recent therapeutical effect shows the rate of curative effect with the drug group、cupping group and the drug combination with cupping therapy group are63.33%,70.00%,86.67%, the group with both drug combination and cupping therapy has a better curative effect compared with the cupping group (p＜0.05), the drug group and the unit group have no significant on the curative effect (p＞0.05)。2.The clinical symptoms integral after the treatment shows each group has a significant change on every clinical symptoms (p＜0.05).3.The forward therapeutical effect shows:after the the course of the treatment the unite group has a lower rate relapse notablly compared with that two group (p＜0.05), also the interval time is longer notablly compared with that two group (p＜0.05) both the relapse rate and the interval time of that two group make the same integration (p＞0.05)。4.The level of the leukotriene B4、prostaglandinD2in serum of the patients with chronic urticaria is higher than normal person.5.After the treatment every group has a lower level of the leukotriene B4compared with the prior treatment (p＜0.05), the unite group has a lower level compared with that two group (p＜0.05), the drug group and the cupping group have no significant (p＞0.05)。6.After the treatment every group has a lower level of the prostaglandinD2in the unit group is lower than the drug group (p＜0.05),the unit group and the drug group have no significantConclusionBleeding cupping therapy combination with antihistamines can improve the recent curative effect,also reduce the rate of the relapse and prolongate the relapse interval time, since the operation is simple, the cost is low and curative effect is impressive,more and more patients choose it,it is worthy to used in clinical;bleeding cupping therapy can reduce the level of the leukotriene B4、prostaglandinD2,guess the therapy restrain the level of the leukotriene B4、prostaglandinD2is a mode of action effect on chronic urticaria,other mechanisms need further probe.
