Objective:Through the clinical observation of the damp-retention due to hypo- function of the spleen style Chronic urticaria patient's life quality and clinical symptom with the method of combination of traditional Chinese drug and bio-reasonance,with the hope of providing efficient therapeutic tool for clinical.Method:Divide the damp- retention due to hypo-function of the spleen style chronic urticaria patients who are fitting observation standard into 3 groups according to random and comparative principle. Therapy group adapts the treatment method combined with traditional Chinese drug and bio-reasonance."Comparison 1"group adapts the treatment method of drinking traditional Chinese drug and"Comparison 2"group adapts the treatment method of bio-reasonance. Score the clinical symptom and life quality respectively before and after the treatment. Result:(1)The generous efficiency of the therapy group is obviously higher than"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group(P<0.05),"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group are almost same(P>0.05); (2)After the treatment, the general comment of therapy group's clinical symptom is obviously lower than"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group(P<0.05),and"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group are same of the principles of statistics(P>0.05);all the score of therapy group is lower than"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group in the number and size of wheal,itching degree,attacking frequency and persistent time,and also"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group are same of the principles of statistics(P>0.05);(3)After the treatment,the general comment of therapy group's life quality is obviously lower than"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group(P<0.05),and also,"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group are same of the principles of statistics(P>0.05),all of the life quality score of therapy group is lower than"Comparison 1"group and"Comparison 2"group in itching,embarrassment,nursing,social activities,sports,sleeping and shopping and so forth(P<0.05).Conclusion:To treat chronic urticaria with the method of combination of traditional Chinese drug and bio-reasonance can improve the clinical treatment effectiveness,and it also can improve the patient's clinical symptom and life quality,it suggests that this method is safe and effective.
