Objective to study the relationship between allergic disease and allergens and understand germany BICOM 2000'value on allergic disease diagnosed. This provide theoretical basis for clinical therapy and diagnosis Methods Allergens were detected by Biocom's device in 150 patients with allergic diseases , among whom 50 ones were selected randomly to receive another allergen test by immune strap mark experiment .Results 1.the most allergens of all were dermatophagoides farinae, the following were vegetables, flowers and grass 43 cases (28.33 percent ),condiments 25 cases (23.33 percent), meats, industry indoxic and milk respectively 33 case (22 percent ),leaf mold 26 cases (17.33 percent),fish 23 cases (15.33 percent ),fruit 21 cases (14 percent ),egg white and yelk 19 cases (12.66 percent ) et.2.The dermatophagoides pteronyssinus was the most common allergen in inhalation group in 150 patients with allergic dermatosis, vegetables was the next, then was, while in food group ,the common allergen was beef and mutton, the was eggs and milk.3.There was no statistically significant difference between the positive rate of bioresonance therapy and serum allergen test. Conclusions there were not common between bioresonance therapy and serum allergen test.we should choose meathods of allergen examination united with vitro and vivo examinations of allergen according to the patients.
