Arteriosclerosis Stiffness Parameters Anylysis And Clinical Application Research

Cardiovascular disease is one of the most serious diseases which threat human's life, which is the number one in the factors caused arteriosclerosis. The increase of the arterial sclerosis is an important physiological foundation of the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases which is also one of the independent factors for cardiovascular.The aim of the thesis is to develop an instrument which is convenient in normal life for both doctors and common people to use. The instrument not only can help patients reassure their cardiovascular health status, but also provide the doctor with the cardiovascular information. This system is believed to be of great meaning to the early diagnosis of cardiovascular and to the indicative function for clinical staffs and patients.Oscillometric method is the theory foundation of this paper. We discuss and study the arteriosclerosis methods which are fit for Chinese people in detail. Then give out our own method. The main work and conclusions of the thesis are shown as follows:(1)Finger Pulse Signal is preprocessed using Butterworth Filter in LabVIEW to remove the power-line noise. Then fake peaks are distinguished and cancelled. After the process, the signal is easy to analyze and indicate patient's condition more accurately.(2)Through studying and comparing the relationships and differences among the several indexes used to assess arterial elasticity, we work out the sensitive parameters to distinguish different stages of arteriosclerosis. For example, pulse pressure (PP) is an advanced sign of afternoon arteriosclerosis; ASI, PWV, C 2 can predict vascular diseases, PWV and ASI are sensitive to cirrhosis of thick artery, while C 2 are sensitive to cirrhosis of thin artery. After analyzing the great amount data, this paper concludes new arithmetic of better repletion and exactness for the several parameters based on the home and aboard arithmetic study.(3)Link the several indexes used to assess arteriosclerosis, analyze them in detail, find out their correlations and differences, which can offer the reference to determine the stage of the arteriosclerosis.(4) Program the software in the host named as"blood vessel sclerosis meter", enable the communication between the host and the client, and process the data acquired from the client.The main contribution of this paper is: expand the scope of arteriosclerosis method; work out the algorithm of cardiovascular dynamics parameters by combination of...
