| To evaluate the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs. Method: To review the treatment of 116 ASO patients from 2004.7 to 2005.12 and relative papers. Results: in the 116 patients, 68 patients (58.6%) applied conservative treatment. 26 patients (22.4%) artery reconstruction (artery by-pass surgery, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty), 22 patients (19%) amputation, 3 patitents (2.6%) death. The blood supply of lower limbs get amelioration seriously. The patients improve living condition. Conclusions: 1. Early dianosis, early treating. 2. General treatment persist.3. Applying special drugs treatment (anticoagulation thrombolysis. expandion traditional drug) or surgery treatment (traditional surgery percutaneous angioendotr-eatment) could improve patirent living condition. 4.gene treatment. |
