Objective:In this study, we collected the data of patients with arterial occlusive disease(ASO),Statistical analysis of TCM Syndrome Types and drug use in this disease, In order to explore the ASO TCM Syndrome Types and distribution laws of traditional Chinese Medicine.Materials and methods:This study through the collection of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2011 to January 2016 in arteriosclerosis obliterans in 444 cases, Among them, 320 cases were male and 124 were female. Develop a case data collection form in accordance with the subject, all selected cases were strictly selected according to the inclusion and discharge standards, The original data that will meet all the cases of the standard are entered into the EVCEL2010 table, Using the data perspective table and the frequency statistics method, Study on the syndrome and drug use.Result:1.Distribution of basic syndromes of TCM in arteriosclerosis occlusion: Blood stasis syndrome>Poison Yin Syndrome>Syndrome of damp heat toxin>Cold dampness syndrome>Two Qi Yin deficiency syndrome. That blood stasis and heat toxin is the commonest pathological factors.2.General medication rule: Drug classes from high to low are complement virtual medicine,antipyretic, invigorate the circulation of blood to remove blood stasis, phlegm medicine for relieving cough and asthma, rheumatism drug, diuresis Shenshi medicine, the solution table medicine, Pinggan Xifeng drugs, drugs for regulating qi flow, astringent medicine etc.Commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine from high to low as follows: Angelica,Achyranthes root, licorice root, earthworm, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Astragali,safflower, peach seed, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, centipede, prepared rehmannia root, Caulis Spatholobi, Codonopsis, Poria, white peony root, eucommia, oysters, Scorpio, Hirudo,Rhizoma alismatis and other.3. The pattern of drug use:(1)Chinese medicine cold dampness syndrome commonly used:Angelica, Achyranthes root, safflower, peach seed, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, white peony root, licorice root, cinnamon, earthworm, deerhorn glue, eucommia bark, tuckahoe, centipede, astragalus root, white atractylodes rhizome, cassia twig, suberect spatholobus stem, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Radix aconite,ginger and so on.(2)Traditional Chinese medicine for the use of blood stasis syndrome:Angelica, Achyranthes root, earthworm, liquorice, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, semen persicae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, safflower, chilopod, astragalus, rehmannia root, pilose asiabell root, Caulis Spatholobi, eucommia, scorpion, oysters, tuckahoe, root of herbaceous peony,Chinese wolfberry, Chinese yam and so on.(3)Frequency of drug use in damp heat toxin syndrome: Chinese angelica root, licorice root, Achyranthes and Cyathula root, astragalus root, honeysuckle flower, Dendrobium, dandelion, Chinese violet, figwort root, danshen root,suberect spatholobus stem, peach seed, tuckahoe, Rhizoma Corydalis, chrysanthemum,ginseng, Cortex Phellodendri and Atractylodes, white peony root, safflower and so on.(4)Poison Yin Syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine: Chinese angelica root, licorice root,Achyranthes and Cyathula root, astragalus root, honeysuckle flower, Dendrobium, dandelion,Chinese violet, figwort root, danshen root, suberect spatholobus stem, peach seed, tuckahoe,Rhizoma Corydalis, chrysanthemum, ginseng, Cortex Phellodendri and Atractylodes, white peony root, safflower and so on.(5): Qi Yin deficiency of the two commonly used traditional Chinese Medicine: Angelica, astragalus root, Achyranthes, Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, white atractylodes rhizome, Poria, radix rehmanniae, tree peony bark, Oriental waterplantain rhizome, Radix Paeoniae Alba, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, eucommia, Hirudo, Radix Scrophulariae, wolfberry fruit, Rhizoma Corydalis, honeysuckle, deerhorn glue etc.4. No matter what kind of complications, the frequency of the supplement and the blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis was the highest. The regularity of drug use was not obvious with the course of disease, There was no statistical significance in the use ofmedication between men and women.conclusions:1.
