Experimental Research On Weiling-Ⅰ Granule In Treating Mices Model Of Precancerou Lesons Of Gastic Cancer Protein-P53

Objective: To examine the function mechanism of wei Ling-I granule in treating precancerous lesion of gastric cancer by studying its influence to protein-P53 of rat s precancerous lesion of gastric cancer.Methods: A total of 120 Wistar male-rats Were included in the study.After accustorned-feeding,They were randomly divided into fonr groups;Group I:Normal gronp;Group II,model group;Group III,the group of Wei Mei Su Pian;Group IV,the group of WeiLing I(Chinese herb group).The normal group were given intragastric administration with normal saline.Besides that,other three groups were made into different models of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer by feeding them with MNNG uorking solution(100ug/ml),absolute alchol,and feedstuff which contains 3 percents of ranitidine,or by starving and over-filling them alternatively .All the four groups were sfopped making models after 26 weeks.Rats of model group were killed and drawn the material to be examined,After making models of rat s precancerons lesion of gastric cancer successfully.Rats of Chinese herb group were given intragastric administration by WeiLing-I granule for 12 weeks.Then they were killed,and materials were drawn to observe the thickness of gastric mucosa and glandular organ of basilar part under Light microscope,at the same time,the content of protein-P53 was measured by immunohistochemical method.Results: Pathological change of gastric tissue of the ratsfrom the model growp was more obvious than that of normal group, and the content of protein-P53 increased apparently.But the content of Protein-P53 of WeiLing I gronp de creased obviously.and part theglandular organ recovered under pathogical examine.The result of WeiLing Igronp diftered from that of model group and Wei Mei Su Pian group and the model group.Conclusion:Mutant uncogene Protein-P53 is a significant index of the occurrance of precancerons lesion of gastric cancer,WeiLing I granule can decrease the content of Protein-P53 in the precancerons lesion of gastric cancer,reverse apoptosis and pathological change of gastric mucosa partly,protect and mend the impacted gastric-mucosa.
