Nan Jing Ji Zhu (brief in Ji Zhu) compiled by the South Song Dynasty's bookseller Li Yuanli has five volumes. It is the earliest annotated works to Nan Jing which still exist nowadays, and composed of five annotated books of Luguang in Three Empire, Yang Xuancao in Tang Dynasty, Ding Deyong, Yushu and Yang Kanghou in North Song Dynasty. The five annotated books are extinct now, but we could read parts of the five books in Ji Zhu. Moreover, there is not enough study, so Ji Zhu has invaluable value in the literature study.From the point of view of literature exploration, differentiated scientific research methods were applied to make a textual research on the book's title, author's name and the composed time.Through making a deep investigation on ancient classic literatures about bibliography, the book's edition system was rearranged. Furthermore, the similarities and differences among the major edition system were checked and verified. Finally, Qing'an edition and Shou Shan Ge edition were concluded the better.According to the distribution and the contents and methods of annotation, the five ancient doctors' academic ideal was analyzed.In view of its illustration is the feature of Ji Zhu, the links were found in contrast to other illustrations of Nan Jing.From the above research on Ji Zhu, it is expected to clarify the problems concerned and make a full sense of this book , and provide medical system more scientific and reliable reference.
