A Collation Study On The Quotations Of "The Sources Of Diseases And Phenomenon" In "Waitai Mi Yao Fang"

The author of "Wai Tai Mi Yao "(Wai Tai for short.)is the Tang Dynasty scholar Wang Tao.It was written in the eleventh year of Tianbao(752 AD).The book is a comprehensive medical book organized into large catalogs.Since all the masters mentioned indicate the source,it has preserved many historical materials that have died before the Tang Dynasty,because it has collected the lost historical materials.Organize and restore them,so it has become a word-of-mouth work in philology.At present,domestic scholars' collation and sorting of the book "Wai Tai " are mostly based on the cited books in "Wai Tai",and their achievements in collation are limited.In this study,a two-way mutual proofreading method was used to set the two books for "Wai Tai" and "Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun"(“Bing Yuan”for short),and then the two books were selected for proofread and other School-based.In order to further explore the differences between the original source of "Bing Yuan" cited in the book "Wai Tai" and the current version of "Bing Yuan".In view of the fact that this collation work is to supplement,improve,and revise the uncorrected items,lost proof items,and incorrect proof items in the previous collation,its significance in textual criticism and bibliography is particularly obvious.The original version of "Wai Tai" is the "Wai Tai Mi Yao"(Cheng Ben "Wai Tai " for short)published by the People's Medical Publishing House in 1955 and published in the 13 th year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty by Cheng Yandao in Huaitang Jingyuju of She County.The source of the "Bing Yuan" is the Yuan Dynasty photocopy of Hunan Science and Technology Press in 2014,that is,"Chao Shi Zhu Bing Yuab Hou Lun"(Yuan Ben “Bing Yuan” for short)in "Zhong Yi Gu Ji Zheng Ben JI Cheng".The proofreading of "Wai Tai" is the Shaoxing reprint of the Southern Song Dynasty copied by the Toyo Medical Association of Japan in 1981,that is,the fourth and fifth volumes of "Toyo Medical Rare Books Series" "Wai Tai Mi Yao"(short for the seriesof “Wai Tai”).The proofreading of "Bing Yuan" is a copy of the book published by the Toyo Medical Association of Japan in 1981,which is complemented by the books Huai Xian Ge and Zhuo Yuan Tang,that is,"Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun".the sixth volume of "Toyo Medical Rare Books Series".In order to make the results of the collation more rigorous and scientific,in line with the purpose of "detailed classification and textual research in bibliography",in addition to textual research of books written by predecessors and contemporary books cited in "Wai Tai",many texts have also been verified.Later generation books that have the same or similar contents as "Wai Tai" and "Bing Yuan" and have an inherited relationship are expected to achieve detailed identification and mutual certification by multiple parties.For example: "Huang Di Nei Jing Su Wen","Huang Di Nei Jing Tai Su","Zhu Jie Shang Han Lun ","Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang","Yi Xiang Fang","Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang","Sheng Ji Zong Lu",“Pu Ji Fang” More than 20 books including.The editions of other proofreading books involved are mainly the current nt editions of the books.According to the textual research,the book "Wai Tai" cited a total of 344 original texts of "Bing Yuan".This time,among the 344 texts,96 unedited items,omissions,and incorrect proofing were selected research.Due to space limitations,only 55 items with outstanding characteristics and large differences in 96 different articles are included in this article.By sorting statistics on the 344 original texts of "Bing Yuan" cited in "Wai Tai",it was found that there are 31 items that are exactly the same as the current "Bing Yuan";313 items with different words,different numbers of words,and reverse order;"Wai Tai" cited in"Bing Yuan”is content integrity with the current 27 items of" Bing Yuan";the quotation of" Wai Tai "refers to 42 items of the" Yang Sheng Fang "or" Yang Sheng Fang Dao Yin Fa "in “Bing Yuan” is;There are 3 erroneous entries in the source of the volume;2 entries that are suspected to be wrong;5 entries that are missing from the source;1 entry that does not match the title and content.According to the different reasons for the generation of different texts,they can be divided into four categories: the first category is the lack of words in the "Waitai" quotation.The current multi-word part of "Bing Yuan" has a total of 17 items(17points),accounting for 14.4%;The second category is different entries from the "Waitai" quotation and the text of "Bing Yuan",a total of 32 items(39 points),accounting for 33.1%;the third category is the "Waitai" quotation is multi-word,and the current source of "Bing Yuan" is less.There are a total of 22 entries(36 points),accounting for 30.5%;the fourth category is entries with a different order from the "Waitai" quotation and this edition of "Bing Yuan",with a total of 25 entries(26 locations),accounting for 22.0%.Among the 344 original texts of "Bing Yuan" contained in "Wai Tai",29 items(43 points)can be directly corrected in this "Bing Yuan".Among them,3 items(3 points)with corrections in this“Bing Yuan”can be corrected,accounting for about 7%;6 items(9 points)with corrections in current“Bing Yuan”can be corrected,accounting for about 21%;correctable There are 14 items(25 points)with missing contents in this "Bing Yuan",accounting for about 58%;it can be corrected that there are 6 items(6 points)with reverse order in this "Bing Yuan",accounting for about 14%.Through the comparative analysis of different texts,it can be found that there is a huge difference in the text between the “Bing Yuan” cited in "Outer Taiwan" and the current version of the “Bing Yuan”.“Bing Yuan” cited in "Outer Taiwan" is more complete in content and richer in semantics than the current source of the disease(including the original version and the series).It can be seen that the version of the source of the disease cited by "Waitai" at the beginning of its compilation and the ancestor(or early version)of the current source of the disease are two different version systems.Moreover,the version of "Bing Yuan" cited in "Wai Tai" is earlier and the content is more original.Therefore,the existence of the quotation of "Bing Yuan" in "Waitai" can not only be used to collate the current "Bing Yuan",but also an important supplement to the type of the source version of "Bing Yuan".
