The Literature Research On Sheng Ji Jing

Through the study,it is found that the Ten volumes of Sheng Ji Jing,written by Zhao Ji,emperor Huizong of Song Dynasty,and annotated by Wu Ti,were written in May of the eighth year of Zhenghe(AD 1118)in the Northern Song Dynasty,and then issued to the medical schools as the official medical education textbook of the Northern Song Dynasty.In July of the same year,Yongsheng Wu Ti made a note of it.In September of the same year,emperor Huizong ordered the Central and Local Medical Schools to try out the questions in the Sheng Ji Jing.After the completion of the book,all the bibliographies of the historical records of the past dynasties have related works on its content and version information.At present,there are four versions of the book,two of which are engraved and two transcripts.The earliest existing version is the “Linglan Collection” series of books by Shi Pei at the end of the Ming Dynasty in Japan.The engraving is complete,beautiful,detailed and strict,with fewer errors.The most widely circulated version is the Lu Xinyuan version published in the 13 th year of the reign of emperor Guangxu of the Qing dynasty,which is preserved by 32 units in the country and has a rich collection.The existing two copies are stored in the ancient books collection of the National Library.The handwriting of the copies is clear,and the paper is not damaged.This book focuses on the generation of life,the growth of life,the reproduction of life,the occurrence and treatment of diseases in life,the maintenance of life and so on.This paper explains the five elements of yin and yang,internal organs of the human body,the four stages in the course of an epidemic febrile disease,detecting arterial pulse,pregnancy and childbirth,maternal and infant care,pathogenesis and treatment,therapeutic diet,health care,drug prescription and so on.The full text of the citation literature is extensive,directly indicating the provenance of 104 citations,from more than 20 kinds of classics.The implicit citation literature is widely collected,in addition to the Internal Canon of Medicine,a large number of medical and non-medical literature in the Northern Song Dynasty and before were cited.The study of the book Sheng Ji Jing not only provides historical facts for the objective evaluation of emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty but also provides a reference for the academic circles to study the medical development,medical education and medical examination in the Northern Song Dynasty.
