Objective:To observe clinical efficacy for eczema and impact on T-lymphocyte subsets,â…£allergic reaction of tutor's ShiReQing (SRQ).Objective to explore the clinic significance of T-lymphocyte subsets in eczema therefore to explore the possible therapy mechanism of SRQ in eczema.Method:96 patients were separated at random into group with SRQ and group with mizolastine and KuShenPian.During 4 weeks'treatments, degree of prurit, erythema and papula were abserved. We analysed changes of T-lymphocyte subsets of 20 patients in Chinese medicine group before and after the SRQ therapy by flow cytometry.with 20 healthy individuals as control group. In the animal experiment,â…£allergic reaction model was constructed. After devided into group at random, saline, prednisone acetate and SRQ were given respectively.Result:Compared with group with mizolastine and KuShenPian ,cure and obvious effect rate is 91.67% with total effect rate of 96.67% and there are no notable difference between two groups(P>0.05).The experiment shows that SRQ can remarkably restrainâ…£allergic reaction. Conclusion: Treating eczema with SRQ has reliable efficacy and low recurrence rate. Restrainingâ…£allergic reaction and antimicrobial and diuretic activity may be its mechanism.
