Pregnancy and labor is a natural biological procedure, meanwhile is a easy-changing time mixed with all kinds of emotion. In this procedure, pregnant women will go through many physical changes, and be burdened with stresses from society, economic, family and shifts of roles. The problems follow that conflicts and stresses affects one another, which makes women come out the waving of psychology and emotion. Bad psychological condition will restrict the body function through kinds of mechanisms. This study will discuss the factors of bad emotions in pregnancy and serve for psychological counseling and good health.This study included two parts : ①The mental condition and its factors on pregnant women before labor. Random methods were done to carry out psychological investigation to pregnant women, to discuss the effective factors on pregnant women mental condition, to provide the base on constructing the model through analysis from psychosomatic — family — society factors. ② Analysis of mental health and its effective factors on pregnant women after labor. The all factors which affect the mental condition of pregnant women were studied to offer the base on constructing the model.The results were:1.
