The significant protective predictors were?25 years old and>29 years old for maternal age (OR=0.70,95% CI:0.50-0.60 and OR=0.58,95% CI:0.36-0.94, respectively). Significant risk factors were maternal education (medium level, OR=1.42; 95% CI 1.09-1.94), alcohol consumption(OR=1.69; 95% CI 1.02-2.79), sleep quality (PSQI scores>7, OR=2.05; 95% CI 1.53-2.74), sleep apnea or dyspnea (OR=1.70; 95% CI 1.21-2.38), pregnancy-specific anxiety (OR=2.24; 95% CI 1.61-3.11), state anxiety (OR=4.49; 95% CI2.47-7.17) and trait anxiety (OR=6.57; 95% CI2.95-14.60).Conclusion:Depressive symptoms are common during pregnancy. Factors related to sleep quality and psychological health are among the most important co-determinants. We should take effective strategy for reducing the prevalence and impact of depression in pregnancy.
