Objective:This study aims to investigate the psychological health of the high-risk pregnant women and their spouses,,analyse the influenced factors of their psychology,provide the scientific basis for the medical treatment and psychological nursing.Methods:The scale of anxiety and depression and self-designed general information questionnaire were used for the investigation on 234 high-risk pregnant women and their spouses,the data were analysed with Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS) 13.0,the statistical methods included descriptive statistics,one-factor ANOVA, pearson analysis and logistic regression analysis.Results:1.The incidences of anxiety and depression were 20.5%, 32.5%in the high-risk pregnant women and 17.9%,17.1%in their spouses.2.Scores of SAS and SDS of high-risk pregnant women and their spouses were higher than those of the normal mode(P<0.01 or P<0.05).3.Pearson analysis:Anxiety and depression in the high-risk pregnant women were positively related to their spouses.4.One-factor ANOVA:The influenced factors of the scores of SAS and SDS of high-risk pregnant women were their education level,place of residence,average income per month and et,al.5.One-factor ANOVA:The influenced factors of the scores of SAS and SDS of the spouses were their education level,occupation,place of residence,average income per month and et,al.6.Logistic regression analysis:The danger influenced factors of anxiety and depression in the high-risk pregnant women were their education level,past history and the way to get knowledge and et,al.7.Logistic regression analysis:The danger influenced factors of anxiety and depression in the spouses were their occupation,place of residence,average income per month and et,al.Conclusion:1.anxiety and depression were general exist in the high-risk pregnant women,the incidences of anxiety and depression were 20.5%,32.5%.Anxiety and depression were also exist in their spouses,the incidences of anxiety and depression were 17.9%,17.1%.2.Scores of anxiety and depression of high-risk pregnant women and their spouses were higher than those of the normal mode.3.Anxiety and depression in the high-risk pregnant women were positively related to their spouses.4.The influenced factors of anxiety in the high-risk pregnant women were their education level,place of residence,average income per month and et,al.The influenced factors of depression in the high-risk pregnant women were their education level,time of marriged,past history and et,al.The influenced factors of anxiety in their spouses were their education level,worring level,the way to get message and et, al.The influenced factors of depression in the their spouses were their education level,occupation,average income per month and et,al.
