Objective:To understand the health literacy level and psychological status of pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus(hepatitis B virus,HBV)infection,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to improve the health literacy level and psychological status of pregnant women with HBV,adjust the management,and improve their quality of life.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among pregnant women with chronic HBV infection who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University from April 2019 to January 2020.The questionnaire consists of five parts:general situation questionnaire,health literacy assessment form,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-depression anxiety scale(SDS),and social support rating scale(SSRS).SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.According to the type of data,different statistical methods were used.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Result:(1)In this study,225 questionnaires were sent out and 221 effective questionnaires were collected,the recovery rate was 98.2%.(2)The average score of health literacy related problems of hepatitis B pregnant women was 61.66±13.26,which was poor in the overall level,only 13.6%of the patients had good health literacy level;the average score of anxiety was 40.54±7.40,11.6%of pregnant women with HBV had anxiety;the average score of depression was 42.95± 9.80,21.3%of pregnant women with HBV had depression;the average score of social support related problems of pregnant wmomen with HBV was 35.67 ±5.62.(3)Analysis of influencing factors of health literacy:The results of single factor analysis showed that the age,income level,and education level of pregnant women with HBV had statistically significant differences in overall health literacy score(P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed:The main influencing factors of health literacy are income level and education level;The difference between the health literacy level of pregnant women with HBV and social support scores is statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Analysis of influencing factors of psychological status of pregnant women with HBV:pregnant women with HBV without anxiety had better social support than those with anxiety.(5)Analysis of the health literacy level and psychological status of pregnant women with hepatitis B:Pregnant women with HBV who do not have depression had better health behaviors than those with depression.Conclusions:(1)The proportion of 221 cases of pregnant women with HBV with decent health literacy is low.(2)The education level and income level are important factors affecting the health literacy level of pregnant women with HBV.(3)In order to enhance the level of health literacy of pregnant women with HBV,we should focus on popularizing health knowledge.(4)To improve the anxiety status of pregnant women with HBV,we can strengthen social propaganda and family education.(5)In order to improve the depression status of pregnant women with HBV,we need to focus on cultivating healthy behaviors.
