We divide the military crisis into medical treatment crisis, common health incident, administration crisis and economy crisis in this questionnaire, also it lists the specific factors of each aspect. Crisis handling consists of the following three phases: preparing before crisis, dealing in crisis and recovering after crisis and it also list the specific answer steps under each phase.Through the expansion of crisis evaluation, it can affirm the probability of inducing the Military hospital crisis and the crisis degree it may arouse. Also through the expansion of crisis evaluation, it is a hint about phases which is easy to be the crisis for Military hospital management and the aspects which need to emphasis in the daily management. Through the crisis reply investigation andanalysis, we put forward the specific methods of crisis reply faced by Military hospital, provide the prompt and exact decision-making and coach the crisis handling management of Military hospital.The research which is based on the results of the collecting and analyzing the investigation primarily validates the factors which induce the hospital crisis and its degree of crisis from a whole point of view, the research also fix on the relevant method to deal with the Military hospital crisis.
