Research On The Application Of Intelligent Crisis Management Platform In X City Hospital

With the frequent occurrence of medical disputes and violent injuries to doctors in recent years,the government,media,citizens and scholars have paid great attention to the crisis management of hospitals,actively seeking and exploring the crisis management mechanism of modern hospitals in China,so as to solve the crisis management problems faced by hospitals at the present stage.This article is based on the theory of crisis management,with X city hospital as an example,the hospital crisis management present situation and problem of crisis management is analyzed,and based on the macro environment and industry environment of X city hospital were analyzed,and the creative intelligence crisis management platform was put forward to solve the problem of enterprise crisis management,crisis management platform to intelligence practical application in the hospital crisis prevention,crisis handling and restore three stages,and combining the actual case of X city hospital carefully analyzed the intelligent crisis management platform in the important role of crisis management.On this basis,from the perspectives of organizational structure,human resources and financial management,this paper puts forward corresponding safeguard measures for X City Hospital to improve crisis management,so as to realize the organic combination of "people,technology and materials" and ensure that the utility of intelligent crisis management platform can be maximally played.In addition,this paper analyzes and summarizes the social and economic effects of the intelligent crisis management platform.This study will effectively realize the intelligent,efficient and convenient hospital crisis management,effectively improve the level of hospital crisis management,effectively solve the more severe crisis management problems in recent years,and contribute to the construction and operation of modern hospitals in China.In addition,this paper creatively applying intelligent crisis management platform to the hospital in the process of crisis management,expand the Internet of things,the application of the emerging technology fields such as artificial intelligence,conform to the national public security maintenance,build wisdom the advocate of the city,and further enrich the scholars for crisis management,intelligence of crisis management research,for subsequent scholars to research provides a new way of thinking.
