Medical and health care has always been the focus of attention of the whole society.With the improvement of the people's living standards and the enhancement of the legal concept,the demand for health is becoming more and more intense,and the expectation of medical service and medical quality has been gradually improved.In recent years,incidents of doctor-patient disharmony have been repeatedly exposed,and medical injuries are common.In particular,with the development of science and technology and the rapid improvement of the social information technology,we have entered a new media era.The channels for people to obtain information and express their demands are more pluralistic.In the face of public opinion,the ability of the hospital to control information is becoming smaller and smaller.The spread of public opinion becomes faster and faster,and the coverage of information is becoming more and more extensive.The ordinary medical and patient conflicts or disputes often form public opinion because of the rapid spread.It produces a huge public opinion effect,which not only affects the normal work order of the hospital and the external image of the hospital,but also destroys the mutual trust between the doctors and patients,and leads to the disharmony between the doctor-patient relationship and the society.Based on the basic theory of management,this paper hopes to analyze the basic concepts of public opinion,the present situation at home and abroad,and to analyze the situation of public opinion in the public hospitals in W City,and point out the common shortcomings in the public opinion response to the public opinion in the hospital and analyze the causes,so as to further strengthen the crisis of public opinion in hospital.To understand the importance and necessity of management,to actively study the ways and ways to effectively guide and respond to public opinion in crisis management,to create a healthy media atmosphere of media,to deal with the contradictions between doctors and patients,to promote the stable and sustainable development of the hospital,and to promote the stability and harmony of the society.
