Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans By Fumigation And Washing Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive disease.Methods:From April 2017 to November 2017,52 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(70 limbs)in peripheral vascular disease department affiliated to the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The machine was divided into control group(n = 26)and treatment group(n = 26).The patients were treated with basic treatment and basic therapy combined with fumigation for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The scores of clinical symptoms and signs,ankle/brachial ratio,internal diameter of dorsalis pedis artery and peak systolic velocity of dorsalis pedis artery,leg,before and after treatment were used as a course of treatment,respectively.The changes of skin temperature and coagulation function test in foot back and toe were statistically analyzed and observed.Adverse drug reactions were recorded during the two groups.Results:1,in improving the index of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the ABI value,The internal diameter of dorsalis pedis artery and PSV of dorsalis pedis artery in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.01),and in improving the skin temperature of lower extremity,the treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05).Both groups were effective in reducing platelet count and coagulation function level.There was no significant difference.4.There were no abnormal changes in safety indexes before and after treatment.Conclusion:The combination of basic therapy and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of TCM,ABI index,the internal diameter of the dorsal artery and the peak velocity of the peak systolic velocity of the dorsal artery,and effectively improve the temperature of the lower extremities.It is suggested that the treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal and external treatment on the disease is better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine oral administration,and the idea is worth further discussion and study.
