Objectives:To discuss the correlations between the variety of Hcy、hs-CRP、 LDL and arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods:To analyse the clinical data of 164 cases with arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) released from Qianfoshan Hospital in Shandong Province from January 1,2014 to October 15,2015..All the patients that included in the observation group were diagnosed by CT angiography of lower extremity artery to observe the pathological changes of lower limb atherosclerosis. According to the principle of Ⅱ TASC classification, they were divided into A group (26 cases), B group (42 cases), C group (51 cases), D group (45 cases).Randomly selected 54 cases of health examination in the same period as the control group.Object of the five groups monitoring the plasma Hcy, hs-CRP, LDL levels, to explore and analyze that the correlations between the variety of Hcy、hs-CRP、LDL and arteriosclerosis obliterans. So as to provide a reference for clinical prediction of arterial lesions in patients with lower limb atherosclerosis.Results:1. Univariate analysis showed that the plasma Hcy, hs-CRP. LDL levels in patients with ASO were significantly different from the control group (p<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Hcy (OR=2.033. p<0.01), LDL (OR=3.063, p<0.01), hs-CRP (OR=2.637. p<0.01) levels were the independent risk factors for atherosclerosis of the lower limbs.2. The difference of Hcy level was statistically significant(t=4.752, p<0.05), that in the TASC Ⅱ A group [(15.14+3.62) umol/L] and that in TASC Ⅱ B group [(22.10 +4.78) umol/L].The difference of Hcy level was not statistically significant(t=5.252, p>0.05), that in the TASC Ⅱ B group [(22.10±4.78) umol/L] and that in TASC Ⅱ C group [(20.67±3.49) umol/L].The difference of Hcy level was not statistically significant(t=5.018, p>0.05), that in the TASC Ⅱ C group [(20.67±3.49) umol/L] and that in TASC Ⅱ D group [(19.98±4.12) umol/L].The difference of Hcy level was statistically significant(t=5.018, p<0.05), that in the TASC Ⅱ A group [(15.14+ 3.62) umol/L] and that in TASC Ⅱ B and C and D group [(22.10+4.78) umol/L]. 3. The level of LDL or hs-CRP of comparison, between in the TASC Ⅱ A and B and C and D group, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1. Homocysteine (Hcy), high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs CRP), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and lower limb atherosclerosis occlusion (ASO) have significant correlation, In this way, it provides an important reference index for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with atherosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs.Early monitoring and intervention of Hcy, hs-CRP, and LDL levels may be benefit to prevent and control the development of the atherosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremity.2. Homocysteine (Hcy) is an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis, the levels of Hcy can not only in the diagnosis of lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease has good reference value, also has certain reference significance in ASO patients classification of TASC Ⅱ. However, it was limited to the TASC Ⅱ A group and TASC Ⅱ B+C+D group between the use of reference, in the TASC Ⅱ B, C, D between the three groups was no reference significance.3.The plasma concentrations of high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) can be used as a reference index for atherosclerotic occlusion of lower limbs, but no reference value in the use of Ⅱ TASC typing of ASO lesions.
