A Summary Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Tongmai Kang Fumigation In The Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans (hematoclerosis Syndrome)

Purpose:Through clinical observation on veins,fumigation treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disorder of the patient's clinical curative effect,summarized analysis to evaluate the clinical curative effect,and to explore its mechanism.Material and method:Selected 62 patients with ASO are from November2013 to November2014 patients admitted to the Liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,according to its divided into the first pass Tongmaikang medication group(n=32)and the control group(n=30),Tongmaikang group of patients is unclogged arteries in the undergraduate course room clinical foundation treatment on the basis of external pulse,fumigation treatment,control group not Tongmaikang fumigation treatment of arteries and veins.On two groups of patients after treatment of clinical signs and symptoms score comparison.All 62 patients in the hospital after 3 months follow-up.Results:1.General pulse kang group and the control group after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were different degrees of improvement;Although ABI values was increased,but not statistically significant.Two groups of patients after treatment of symptom scores,P<0.05,there is statistical significance,Tongmaikang group is better than that of control group. 2.General pulse kang group compared with control group,after three months to compare the clinical symptoms,Tongmaikang group of arteries and veins symptoms improved obviously.But score comparison between the two groups(P>0.05,no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Tongmaikang fumigation treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis unclogged arteries occlusion disease has good curative effect,especially in improving the limb pain,numbness,skin temperature,intermittent claudication and other clinical symptoms. 2.Chinese medicine Tongmaikang fumigation in the treatment of arteriosclerosis occlusion of arteries and veins disease(blood stasis resistance)for a long time to relieve the clinical symptoms effect is obvious.
