| Integral view of clinical data is the new demand given by the modern hospital information system. However, the integral view of clinical data domestic is in the beginning stage, and it mostly adopts several independent systems view mode. Whenever clinical physicians want to view one type of data, he should log on the corresponding system for the data source, and then do the sequential processes as patient query, data retrieval, data view and data processing. Low integration degree and high operation requirements to clinical physician are its disadvantages. It is not the so-called data integral view, but system accumulation. The clinical data can not be analyzed and used synthetically. Different types of data be viewed simultaneously in one system is a more friendly representation of data integration. Moreover, there has been a successful case in the world.The integral view of clinical data is a complicated project mainly because of that the clinical data is from different systems and devices and that it has different formats and representation. By analyzing the integral view mode world and domestic of the clinical data, this dissertation take objective clinical data's integral view as the main goal, and solve two main problems. The one is the clinical data retrieval from isomerous systems in multiplatform and the other is the multiform clinical data's view. On the basis of these, this dissertation sequentially constructs the clinical data integral view terminal.This dissertation including:Analyze the clinical data's characteristics, and research medical data exchange standards;Based on analyzing the data types, design the architecture of data-retrieve layer, and realize it by toolkits;Based on analyzing the data formats, design the architecture of data-view layer, and realize the medical image integral view and process;Design and develop a hyper-scalable clinical data integral view terminal, to sufficiently satisfy the variety demand of the medical environment.
