In recent years,the government has successively issued some favorable TCM policies,which,on the one hand,resulted in the emergence of a large number of TCM museums of various types,and on the other hand,intensified the competition among TCM museums,leading to the increasingly difficult survival of TCM museums and the increasingly small profit space."Internet +" has been integrated into every aspect of our daily life.We can make an appointment with a doctor by tapping a mobile phone screen,and call a taxi with one click.As for shopping and daily consumption,they have already become part of our daily life.Undoubtedly,the mode of "Internet +" has obviously promoted the upgrading of China's traditional industries,improved the service level of people's livelihood,and facilitated People's Daily life.At the same time,it has also profoundly affected traditional industries.It is fair to say that "Internet +" has become one of the key factors for enterprises to compete.Under the current environment,the existing medical and health industry must also make innovations.With the help of the Internet,the Internet + medical mode is tried to make up for the service defects in the traditional medical services,which can help patients to treat diseases scientifically,prevent diseases effectively and achieve "cure without disease".On February 14,2016,the state council promulgated the measures of "further promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine",inheriting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to benefit people's health.The meeting decided to develop TCM health care services,promote the integrated development of TCM,health care for the aged,tourism and culture,and promote the "Internet + TCM" medical treatment.This means that the Internet medical model of TCM has been officially upgraded to a national strategy,and the Internet medical market of TCM will become a new "blue sea".At the current stage,how we use Internet + technology to achieve O2 O services,let the Chinese medicine museum plug in the wings of "Internet +",strengthen the competitiveness of the Chinese medicine museum at the same time to achieve business innovation,has become a very meaningful topic.This paper will take the QYT pavilion of traditional Chinese medicine as research object,the introduction of the service view the management pattern,reconstructed the pavilion + Internet service new patterns of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the gender,age,Internet users frequency data such as medical behavior,repositioning pavilion of TCM service crowd,the content of the new service,realize the online and offline service process,by desktop terminal or mobile terminal.Through the application of service view,all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine projects and new Chinese medicine museum services are effectively combined with the tools of the Internet to realize service innovation,so that QYT Chinese medicine museum can stand out among many Chinese medicine museums,and at the same time have new profit growth points in operation.
