As the health provider ,nurse is the important strength for medical treatment, and the health related quality of life is in relation with their work efficiency and care quality closely ,so the quality of life is been taken more and more attention. As the important contact tache for social psychology factors and disease, stress is a vocationally risk for nurses, and will take prominent influence to nurses' health. Nowadays there are some studies about stress and nurses' quality of life, but these studies just about some stress related factors, such as life event coping style. And there is not study about their interaction path. However ,as abroad concept, stress include these factors: stress reaction, life event coping style, social support , personaligy , et al, and these factors can interacton, so if put all these factors together as a system to study their influence to nurses' life quality, the outcome should be more exactly and comprehensively, at the same time ,we can know the interaction path between stress and quality of life, and provide theory evidence for improving nurses' life quality. Objectives:To evaluate nurses' life quality and five stress related factors(stress reaction, life event, coping style, social support and personality), with these statistic methods: descriptive statistic analysis , bivariate correlations, stepwise linear regression and structural equation modeling, to analyse the influence of stress related factors as asystem to quality of life and the path in detail. Then make use of the outcome to guide the intervention to the adverse stress factors, and protect the nurse's psychology and physiology healthiness finally. Methods:By random sampling, 372 nurses were investigated with generic quality of life inventory-74,Stress reaction questioniare, life event scale ,trait coping style questionnaire, perceived social support scale and Eysenck personality questionnaires inventory. Originality date was input with computer, use the statistic software:spss to analyse, use descriptive statistic analysis to know nurses' general characteristic ,then qulity of life and its 4 dimensionalities as object variable ,the stress related facors as independent variable to calculate bivariate correlations and stepwise linear regression, and make use of structural equation modeling to know the internal influenting path.ResultsCorrelation analysis hint : the stress reaction, life event, coping style, social support ,personality have obvious correlation with nurses' life quality and its dimentionality(P<0.05). these stress related factors can indicate 52.9 percents of total life quality;32.6 percents of physiology function;55.3 percents of phycology function;46 percents of social function and 6.6 percent of substance function, these datas show that stress related factors can bring graveness influence to the life quality, and physiology stress reaction is the most prominent factor to influent total life quality and psychology function in stress related factors(beta=-0.491,-0.466), emotion stress reaction is the most prominent factor to influent psychology function in stress related factors(beta=-0.458), behavior stress reaction is the most prominent factor to influent social function in stress related factors(beta=-0.322), work and study life event is the most prominent factor to influent substantial function in stress related factors(beta=-0.183). in these factors, stress reaction, life event, passive coping style, the N ,P dimentionality of personality have adverse effect for life quality;positive coping style , social support, E,L dimentionality of personality have protective effect for life quality. Structure equation modeling suggests that stress reaction, life event, social support, personality have direct effect to life quality, except coping style, it need other factors' conduct to influence life quality indirectly, structure equation modeling has good simulation index(CMINDF: 2.344;GFI: 0.928;AGFI: 0.891;RMSEA-. 0.060), indicates that this outcome has good guide value.Conclusions1. The nurses' life quality and its physiological, psychological, social function have obvious relation with stress related factors(P<0.05);but substantial function just has obvious relation with physiological stress reaction , work and study life events, inter family social soupport.(P<0.05)2. stress reaction, life event , social support, personality and coping style all have prominent forecast for nurses' total life quality, physiological, psychological, social function, suggest that these factors can influence life quality markedly, physiology stress reaction is the most prominent factor to influent total life quality and psychology function in stress related factors, emotion stress reaction is the most prominent factor to influent psychology function, behavior stress reaction is the most prominent factor to influent social function, work and study life event is the most prominent factor to influent substantial function.3. stress reaction, life event, social support and personality can influence life quality directly, coping style just influence indirectly with the assistant of other stress factors, and these stress factors all can influent life quality indirectly with the assistant of each other, so the path that stress influent life quality is complex and intersectional. In a word, stress reaction, life event, social support, personality and coping style all can influent life quality prominently, these factors' effect for life quality can be impacted by each others, so we should attach importance to the stress' influence to nurses' life quality, at the same time, we should mixture direct and indirect interventional methods to prevent the stress' adverse influence, and improve nurses' life quality fianally.
