Anxiety In Patients With Personality Characteristics Of The Relevant Life Events And Tcm Syndromes In Preliminary Research

Objective:Research on personality in patients with anxiety status,negative life events and anxiety of the relationship between the severity of,from the study to explore causes of the factors that cause anxiety;and to explore the personality and anxiety status of patients with Chinese medicine the relationship between the syndromes to guide the clinical status for patients with anxiety job and anxiety screening high-risk groups and prevention.Methods:Application of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)to score,scores＞14 points, while those who are not satisfied with the standard can be excluded from inclusion.Of patients into the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)score,life event scale(LES) score,Chinese medicine clinic survey information.Chinese medicine clinic survey information based on instructor's experience and information questionnaire references previous literature to develop.Results:1.The impact of anxiety on the negative life events for comparison found that the question of the existence of the home has 58 cases,accounting for 81.69%;job exist in the study were 37 cases of problem,accounting for 52.11%;the existence of social and other issues have 17 cases,accounting for 23.94%.Life events stimulated total amount and anxiety of the correlation analysis,between the existence of significant positive correlation of statistical significance(P＜0.01).2.Coping style and anxiety-related study found that 53 cases of patients with the use of negative coping styles,accounting for 74.65%.This study used in a negative way to deal with varying degrees of anxiety scores in patients with different coping styles, there is a significant statistical difference.The higher the anxiety level of patients, negative coping style scored higher.3.Personality and anxiety find the relevance of research,E personality scores and anxiety scores of the correlation analysis,does not exist between the relevant statistical significance(P＞0.05);P personality scores and anxiety scores of the correlation analysis does not exist between the relevant statistical significance(P＞0.05);N personality scores and anxiety scores of the correlation analysis,between the existence of significant positive correlation of statistical significance(P＜0.01).4.Personality and negative life events related study found that three kinds of life events in the N and P personality between the frequency of similar home-related issues are emerging,followed by work and studying problems once again the social and other questions are;personality and Life events stimulated total amount of correlation analysis,E personality scores and Life events stimulated total amount the correlation analysis does not exist between the relevant statistical significance(P＞0.05);N personality score and Life events stimulated total amount of correlation analysis between the existence of significant positive correlation of statistical significance(P＜0.01);P personality scores and Life events stimulated total amount the correlation analysis between the existence of statistically significant positive correlation(P＜0.05).This shows that,in this study,N and P personality of the person scoring high on negative life events more sensitivity.5.Insomnia,forgetfulness and irritability rate over 90%,they could be oriented to the study of the core symptoms in patients with anxiety.Rate of more than 50%at the high-frequency cluster analysis of symptoms after instructor experience,the results of cluster analysis to classify the aggregate in order to work out a common anxiety disorder and permit the evolution of the basic pathogenesis.Anxiety disorders in this study was to witness the most common type of non-submission of heart and kidney, can be both at different stages liver Depression,heart and liver Huo wang,heart blood insufficient,lack of kidney yang.Conclusion:N personality and negative life events are both risk factors lead to anxiety. Among them,the family-related questions are the most frequent negative life events. Negative life events impact on the individual the greater,the risk of anxiety greater. Negative life events on the use of negative coping styles will add to the risk of anxiety disorders.At the same time,the higher the anxiety level,the more inclined to adopt negative coping styles.N and P personality of the person scoring high on negative life events of the sensitivity of strong,easy to receive negative life events.In addition the study found,insomnia,forgetfulness and irritability are symptoms of the highest frequency of occurrence for the core symptoms of anxiety disorders.This study used a combination of clustering methods instructor experience of the pathogenesis of anxiety disorders and evidence-based division of the evolution of a try and found that Anxiety disorders in this study was to witness the most common type of non-submission of heart and kidney,can be both at different stages liver Depression,heart and liver Huo wang,heart blood insufficient,lack of kidney yang.
