Clinical Research On The Climacteric Syndrome Treated By The Intergration With Chinese Herb And Workingcan

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of treating climacteric syndrome by using the method of Chinese herb and workingcan.Method: The sixty women, who were diagnosed as climacteric syndrome ,were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty cases as treatment group were treated with Chinese herb plus workingcan. Another thirty cases as control group were treated only with Chinese herb. The period of treatment was one month. We observed the changes of clinical effection.Results: cure rate : the treatment group is 30%, the control group is 10%, P<0.05; the total effective rate: the treatment group is 86.67%. the control group is 76.67%, P>0.05. According to improved Kupperman score in climacteric syndrome, the treatment group has the superiority over the control group in improving many symptoms, such as hot and sweating, the abnormal feeling, insomnia, heart palpitates, faint, headache aspect P<0.05.Espesially hot and sweating, the abnormal feeling aspect P<0.01. The result is especially good.Conclusion: There is wider foreground in treating this disease because of the preferable clinical effects.For curing the climacteric syndrome to advertise for to put forward a valid, practical, brief treatment method.
