By using the frequency analysis method to analyze the age,symptoms, syndrome, treatment frequency and traditional Chinese medicine taste tropism of frequency. By using association rules analysis and complex system entropy clustering method to analyze the symptoms regularity. At the same time, show the regular pattern in medicine, syndrome and symptom, by the function of network exhibition. Summarize the regulation of diagnosis and treatment of Professor Liu Yujie in treating climacteric depression syndrome.Results 1 Age analysis: in 100 cases of climacteric depression syndrome, there are 79 cases which frequency appeared in more than 5 times,79 percent of the total. The age of patients are mainly concentrated in 45-56 years old.2 Symptoms analysis: there are 72 kinds of symptoms, the frequency appeared in more than 30 times were: insomnia,depressed, impatience, easy tired, hot flushes, dizziness, interest drop, shortness of qi,chest stuffy, anxiety; The frequency of tongue and pulse that appeared in more than20 times are as follow: tooth-marked tongue, dark purple tongue, thin and yellow fur, string pulse, deep wiry pulse, string thin pulse,tender tongue.3 Syndrome analysis: According to the statistics, there are 5 kinds of syndrome in 100 medical records of patients with climacteric depression syndrome. Including 39 cases of Obstructive cardinalate of Shaoyang, 26 cases of Liver depression and spleen deficiency, 24 cases of phlegmdampness stagnation, 6 cases of liver qi stagnation, 5 cases of liver-kidney yin deficiency and transforming into fire.4 Treatment analysis: According to the statistics, there are 5kinds of treatment in 100 medical records of patients with climacteric depression syndrome.Including 39 cases of reconciliating cardinalate, 26 cases of softing liver and tonifying spleen, 24 cases of reducing phlegm and masses, regulating qi and alleviating depression. 6cases of discharging liver and regulating qi. 5 cases of nourishing the kidney and liver.5Properties of Chinese medicine analysis: the analysis of four properties shows that: the properties with cold, neutral, warm are widely used; the analysis of five flavors shows that:the flavors with bitter, sweet,pungent are widely used; the analysis of channel tropism shows that: the Chinese medicine are mainly belonged to the liver channel.Conclusions There are five kinds of syndrome in 100 medical records of patients with climacteric depression syndrome that treated by Professor Liu Yujie. Including Obstructive cardinalate of Shaoyang Liver depression and spleen deficiency, phlegm-dampness stagnation, liver qi stagnation, liver-kidney yin deficiency and transforming into fire. In the clinical treatment, treat climacteric syndrome and depression at the same time, reconciliate cardinalate of Shaoyang; propose to regulate qi and reduce phlegm; always advocate to adjust the heart spirit, cooperated with psychotherapy; Propose three methods to regulate liver, such as discharging liver and regulating qi, softing liver and tonifying spleen,nourishing the kidney and liver; And always invigorating spleen and kidney.Pay attention to keep dynamic and static combination of prescription,Match the medicine with Yang property to make the prescription activities when using tonifying Chinese medicine; Be good at applying couplet medicines, Sang ye, Fu xiaomai can effectively relieve the symptoms of liver-yang hyperactivity, such as hot flushes,dizziness, etc; Xiang yuan, Fo shou, Mei guihua, Dai daihua can effectively relieve the symptoms of incoordination between liver and stomach, such as depressed, chest and rib pain, stomach distension, etc, summarized a series of couplet medicines; Combine the flavor and meridian tropism, regulate qi flowing in the channels.
