Clinical And Experimental Study On Anti Chronic Hepatitis-Hepatic Damnification With Qingganjiedu Tablet

Purpose: With the applying of traditional Chinese and modern medicine theory, the anti-hepatic-damnification mechanism of the Qingganjiedu Tablet (QT) was explored systematically from the aspects of theory, clinic and experimental research.Method: 30 hepatic damnification patients which resulted from chronic hepatitis B were treated with QT, compared with Yiganling. The effect that the QT did to the hepatic damnification rats which resulted from the CCL₄ was observed.Results: The clinic observant result indicated : The statistical results show that the method of treatment group is superior to that of control group in prompting clinical symptoms , physical signs , liver function and promoting blood rheology. Between two groups have remarkable difference (P<0.05). The experimental research result indicated: Treatment group can descend the serum ALT, AST, TBI1 levels of the HD rats, improve liver function. It can also descend the blood stasis. They were significant statistically(P<0.05). The pathological histology observation of the rat' s liver indicated: The degrees of damnification and inflammation changes were improved significantly.Conclusion: QT has better effect of anti- hepatic damnification.
