Clinical And Experimental Study On The Effect Of Anti-Hepatic-Damnification With Eliminate-Detoxify Recipe

Purpose: With the applying of traditional Chinese and modern medicine theory, the anti-hepatic-damnification mechanism of the Eliminate-Detoxify Recipe (EDR) was explored systematically from the aspects of theory, clinic and experimental research.Method: 60 hepatic-damnification patients whose symptoms were dampness and heat blocking in liver and gall were ereated with EDR. There is no contrast class . The effect that the EDR did to the hepatic-damnification of rats which resulted from the CCL4 was observed.Results: The clinic observant result indicated EDR could improve the syndromes, physical signs and liver function, especially descend ALT and AST. The effective rate is 71. 7% . The experimental research result indicated: EDR can descend the serum ALT, AST, TBI1 levels of the HD rats, improve liver function. It can also descend the CH, TG levels and blood stasis. They were significant statistically. The pathological histology observation of the rat' s liver indicated: The degrees of damnification and inflammation changes were improved significantly.Conclusion: EDR has better effect of anti-hepatic-damnification. The way of acting includes anti-inflammation and protecting liver, improvingthe blood supply of liver, anti-oxidant and descending assimilation of collagen.
