Clinical And Experimental Study On The Effect Of Anti-hepatic-fibrosiswith Decompose-Fiber Formula

Purpose :With the applying of traditional Chinese and modern medicine theory ,the anti-hepatic-fibrosis mechanism of the Decompose-Fiber Formula(DFF) treating chronic liver disease was explored systematically from the aspects of theory ,clinic and experimental research.Method :30 chronic hepatitis and early-stage cirrhosis of liver patients whose syndrome was blood stasis were created with DFF .There is no control class .The effect that the DFF created the hepatic-fibrosis which resulted from the CCL4 was observed.Results :The clinic observant result indicated DFF can improve the syndromes physical signs and liver function ,descend serum index of hepatic-fibrosis ,HA and CIV effectively .It can also make the accumulation index of fibrosis in the ultrasound B two dimensions photograph descend .The effective rate is 70% .The experimental research result indicated :DFF can descend the serum ALT,AST levels of the HF rats ,increase ALB content,improve liver function ,descend serum HF index (HA,LN,PC III) .They were significant statistically .The pathological histology observation of the rat s liver indicated :The degree of fibrosis and inflammation changes were improved significantly.Conclusion :DFF has better effect of anti-hepatic-fibrosis .The way of acting includes anti-inflammation and protecting liver ,descending assimilation of collagen accelerating the HSC apotosis .
