Through literature review and specialist interview, evaluation index was elected with the method of specialist consultation, the weight of indexes was endued with analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Evaluation index system of military doctors' professional quality in brigade and regiment health teams was built. In the process of the index system's application, the evaluation index system was compiled into questionnaire, then these questionnaires were sent to 350 field army doctors though mail Interview and field investigation, 320 effective questionnaires were taken back. Through the survey of the status quo about field army doctors' professional quality, the basic information was acquired, which provided information data for further study. Through evaluation and analysis of field army doctors' professional quality, some related information was summarized with the single-factor analysis, which provided much significant information for the evaluation of field army doctors' professional quality.
