A Study On The Index System Of Evaluation Of Field Army Medical Sergeants' Quality

Medical Sergeant are a kind of primary medical talents, They are orientated towards the medical institution at the basic units,and have important effect in the system of military medical-support.Through literature review and specialist interview, evaluation index was elected with the method of specialist consultation, the weight of indexes was endued with Precedence Chart .Evaluation index system of field army medical sergeants'quality in field army was built .In the process of the index system's application, the evaluation index system was compiled into questionnaire, then these questionnaires were sent to 400 filed army sergeants though mail interview and field investigation, 375 effective questionnaires were taken back. Through the survey of the status quo about field army medical sergeants'quality, the basic information was acquired, which provided information data for further study. Through evaluation and analysis of field army medical sergeants'quality, some related information was provided much significant for the evaluation of field army medical sergeants'quality.Through the survey of the status quo about field army medical sergeants'quality, it was concluded that the field army medical sergeants'quality should be enhanced in order to meet the emergent mobile battle in the future, and the health manpower training organization should strengthen the teaching of Military Medicine,Clinical Psychology ,and General Practice, attach importance to the mend of teaching, do well in health manpower's circulation, strengthen the communion among the academy, the hospital and the army, make full use of the military and nonmilitary health resource to train the field army medical sergeants, perfect the continuing education of health manpower in the field army, insure the continual progress of the health manpower in the field army.
