In the present study, the management of the human resources in military hospitals was explored tentatively in terms of the operation of human capital, based on the Marxist national defensive economic thoughts, the current situation of the military logistic services in the contemporary military reform and the fundamental theories in modern management theories, Western economics and labor economics.Nowadays, the human resources in military hospitals are still managed in the traditional planned way, which greatly hinder the ready communication of the human resources and the development of the best job placement system. The planned management is to some extent unfit for the requirements of a modern medical service support for the army, for the development trend of the society and medicine, and for the responsibility of the military hospitals at present.
