Clinical Research Of The Treatment To Traditional Chinese Medical Tan And Yu In The Deficient Blood Supply To Vertebrobasilar

Objective: observe the effect whici treated by Chinese medical method. to Tanand Yu Also probe into it's mechanism .Methods: 160 cases are classified into two groups, one is treating by westernmedicine another is treating by Chinese medicine injeltion andBanxiabaishutianm atang, TCD and MDA,SOD were detected before and aftertreating.Result: Improvement of symptom in Chinese medicine group corresponds tothat of control group. Heal rate of Chinese medicine group is higher than that ofwestern medicine (p<0.05 ) but there is notably difference in TCD , MDA, SOD.Conclusion: Chinese medical method is effective to VBI, It should be astreatment method to choice for VBI and is worthy to study.
