Experimental Study Of Effect Of Dingxuanheji On The Content Of NE, 5-HT, SOD, MDA In Brain Tissue And Hemorheolog Of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency

Objective To study and observe the preventive and curative effects and the mechanism on vertebrobasilar insufficiency of Dingxuanheji.Methods Rabbits of vertebrobasilar insufficiency used as the modle for investigateing with Sibelium as the posititv control.the concentration of NE,5-HT,SOD,MDA in serum were measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Xanthine oxidase method and Thiobarbituric acid method in rabbits of vertebrobasilar insufficiency with Dingxuanheji.Cerebral blood flow of power were measured by TCD;Whole blood viscosity were measured by Cone plate viscosimeter blood.Results The DXHJ can raise the content of NE,5-HT,SOD and Lower MDA level, SOD enhanced vitality;TCD detection of changes in the parameters;Increase in cerebral blood flow,lower cerebral vascular resistance,and reduce the main indicators of hemorheology.Conclusions Dingxuanheji has a protective effect in insufficiency of blood on the brain,to correct ischemia monoamine neurotransmitter disorders,inhibit free radical reactions,and enhance the vitality SOD is the basis of its protective effect; Dingxuanheji can increase cerebral blood flow,lower cerebral vascular resistance, and can effectively improve the blood rheology,reducing the possibility of thrombosis,blood rheology can reflect the level of vertebrobasilar insufficiency of the extent of disease and treatment effects;Dingxuanheji prevention of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency has a reliable effect.
