Objective : Clinical observation of curative effect of Shuxuening Injection on patients with vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency and the assessment of its safety. Methods:In treatment group (100 cases) use Shuxuening Injection; incontrol group (100 cases) use Buflomedil Hydrochloride Injection. After 14 days'treatment, Observe two groups'remission rate of clinical symptoms, the changes in cerebral blood flow velocity, and its total clinical efficiency. Then make a six-month follow up record of two groups'patients and observe the times of acute recurrence, to define its long-term result. Make an assessment of drug safety. Results:The total efficiency of treatment group is 92.13%, and the total efficiency of control group is 90.47%, the comparison of two groups has no statistical sense, p>0.05; the patients in both two groups have improvement in cerebral blood flow velocity;"Blood Stasis"symptom in treatment group has more obvious improvement than that in control group, p<0.05; during six-month observation, the acute recurrence times of VBI vertigo in treatment group is obviously less than in control group, which illuminates that Shuxuening Injection has better long-term effect; the assessment of drug safety in two groups shows that these two kinds of drugs are both safe, with no statistical meaning. Conclusions:Shuxuening Injection, a safe and effective clinical remedy, can expand cerebral blood vessel, improve vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency and have good long-term curative effect and reduce recurrence times.
