Study On The Model Of Distance Education Of'Military Hospital Administration' Continuing Education

Hospital administration is an essential part of hospital workforce. It can hardly manage the hospital efficiently with little or none acknowledgement of new administration theories, administration and operation systems, and units under the new hospital administration system. They should accept the training of the new theories. It is the key to improve the hospital administration-level and the medical quality. Because of the shortage of the workforce, funds limited, most of them are difficult to concerntrate on their studies. Hospital administration and educators are discussing the question that how to have the continuing education. The emerge of the Internet and the development of distance education help us solving this problem. But the model of continuing distance education of the 'Military Hospital Administration' haven' t been established.According to the theory of military hospital administration, continuing education and distance education,based on the chievements of multi-object training system on Military Hospital Administration ,which was developed by the Second Military Medical University. We have made a systematic research on the training situation of Military Hospital Administration necessity and feasibility of distance training. Adopting literature review, systematic analysis,scene investigation.We put forward the necessity and feasibility of distance training of Military Hospital Administration continuing education,and discussed the model of it, developed the teaching part of software.This enriched the multi-object training system,and made it possible to training on the different educational background .This research also provide theortical evidence for the continuing education to hospital managers.This research applies many methods, such as literature review, questionnaire investigation and local inspection. We got to know the progress ofdistance education all over the world at distance education and the policies from literature review; and from the questionnaire and local inspection, we got to know the situation of current 'Military Hospital Administration' training; the feasibility and the necessity.Through the questionnaire investigation to 310 inquisition objects, we have funds that there're still disadvantages about knowledge training in the 'Military Hospital Administration'. It is difficult to satisfy the training requirements.According to the inquisition and the investigation to the documents, because of the shortage of founds, family's problems, worrying about job and so on, it is difficult to guarantee to renew hospital administration knowledge timely, and improve the hospital administration quality. We put forward the necessity and the possibility of distance education of the 'Military Hospital Administration' continuing education. Based on the above results, we set up the distance education model of the 'Military Hospital Administration' continuing education.The model of 'Military Hospital Administration' continuing education majority based on the projective education.The professional training system which complicated with continuing education, covered with series of education requires which focus on the modern hospital administration.According to the facts of students, enviroments resources and teachers, we tentatively developed the distance training model about the software of the 'Military Hospital Administration' in windows.Firstly, the research exerts a systematic analysis on the problem that whether it is probable to realize the distance education of 'Military Hospital Administration'continuing education, and mentioned that it was very necessary and possible to carry out the continuing education to the hospital administration. The regulation to the distance education model can guarantee to smoothly accomplish the continuing education mission of the 'Military Hospital Administration'.
