Continuing education is one of the most important parts of medical education, and it is also an important level of adult education. The development level of continuing education is a key index of evaluating the economy, science and technology and education of a country. Chinese P.L.A. always pays attention on continuing medical education of military medical officers. After dozens of years, continuing medical education has grown up and made great contributions to perfecting knowledge structure, improving education structure and overall quality of military medical officers. The key of the vitality and sustainable development of military medical education are the quality and effect of training. Therefore, it is important to establish evaluation index system and study practicing method. To achieve this aim, in this paper we established an overall, systematical and scientific evaluation index system, adopting Delphi Method through experiment. (The first step has been finished) . After further analysis on system by literature,field survey and implementing method on military continuing medical education has been established by adopting component analysis and hierarchy process to sieving fomal index system and revising weight.
