The Design And Application Of Continuing Medical Education Management System In Zhejiang Province

Until 2016,the Zhejiang Medical Association used the old credit management system which suffered from numerous problems and defects.In order to standardize credit and improve the work efficiency of science and education personnel,Beijing Health Online Information Technology Co.,Ltd.had worked with the Zhejiang Provincial Medical Association in 2016,to develop and launch "Zhejiang Province Continuing Medical Education Management System-ICME".The system can effectively standardize the annual credit of health technicians,simplify the process,and improve the work efficiency of science and education personnel.This paper comprehensively elaborates the management of continuing medical education and demonstrates the feasibility of continuing medical education management system.According to the current policy of continuing medical education management,based on the analysis of the old credit management system,this paper uses lean production tools,puts forward a reasonable improvement scheme,completes the design framework of the new system software,and makes the system go online.According to the sample survey,it is proved that the new credit management system is feasible and effective.The new credit management system is not only functional,but also has a qualitative improvement in operation and reliability compared with the old system.The new system adopts the way of scanning the QR code to collect data,which has brought into the practical application of the continuing medical education system,and simplifies the operation process,reduces the workload of the related personnel and improves the work efficiency.Compared to the old system,the new credit management system not only saves numerous manpower and material resources,but also has a qualitative improvement in data accuracy and has a powerful statistical analysis function on the accurate basic data.Similarly,the system can also be modified to apply in other industries.In the project,the author mainly responsible for designing the framework of the early stage platform,investigating the needs of the science and education personnel,realizing the functions that the platform,putting forwardthe improvement scheme,designing the business process,as well as investigating and modifying the actual problems after the application of the platform.
