The Clinical Research Of Acute Damage Of Parenchyma By Shang Su-kang Inunction

Objective To observe the effects of Shang su-kang inunction treating acute damage of parenchyma which present pain,tendness,tumefuction and dysfunction,and estimate curative effect and security of that.Methods To divide 60 cases of acute damage of parenchyma which is diagnosed into two groups random,one is Shang su-kang inunction group,another is Wan hua oil group.Use Shang su-kang inunction and Wan hua oil on the affected part respectively,the time of treatment is 7 days.In the end of treatment,by observing the degree of pain, tumefuction, dysfunction, to estimate the curative effect and adverse effects of this drug.Results This research collect 60 case totally,which include 30 Sha-ng su-kang inunction group and 30 Wan hua oil group. Shang su-kang inunction can decrease the symptom scores of pain,tendness, tumefuction and dysfunction, there is marked difference at 0.05 le-vel,and 18 cases recovery,10 cases marked effect,2 cases in markedly effectual rate, 93.3% cases in effect.The effect of Shang su-kang inunction is super-ior to that of Wan hua oil(p<0.05), significantly the effects on contuse and wrench of Shang su-kang inunction group are surpass another(p<0.05). Ill incident of Shang su-kang inunction haven't happen, forexample, hypersusceptibility. Blood, urine,stool test,the function of liver and kidney,ECG are normal.Conclusion There are good effect on detumescence and acesodyne. Shang su-kang inunction's effects are better than that of Wan hua oil,no adverse,for example, hypersusceptibility,et.al,so it's safe.
