Study On The Preliminary Vitro Clinical Observation And Experimental Of Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang_in The Treatment Of Senile Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Objective The study is to Observe "the Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang" on the clinical effect of the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia and its inducing leukemia cell line HL 60 apoptosis characteristics, in order to understand the resistance Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang attenuated synergies to chemotherapy, to resist Kang Bai Yan Nian decoction for the treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia provide a preliminary basis for clinical and experiment, and preliminary discussion of Chinese and western medicine combined with effective method for the treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia.Methods 1.Clinical research:by collecting from 2009.1 to 2013.12 in the early cure senile cases of 50 cases of acute myeloid leukemia, small dosage regimens used in the control group (e.g., HAA, IA, MA) treatment, a total of 23 cases; Treatment group Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang sequential treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fight, a total of 27 cases, the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine curative effect and adverse reaction of chemotherapy (such as gastrointestinal tract reaction, infection and kidney toxicity, etc.) to a retrospective evaluation of curative effect in the 2 groups.2.1n vitro experiment: Kang Bai Yan Nian resistance of alcohol extract from the soup on the HL 60 cells, through the observation of CCK 8 different concentration "Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang" alcohol extract on the HL 60 cell proliferation inhibition;the application of AO/PI staining observed under different concentration alcohol extract of HL 60 cells after 24 h, morphological changes in cell apoptosis.Results Treatment group and control group in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine curative effect evaluation of doctor has significant differences (P<0.05), In terms of hematology and non hematologic adverse reactions, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);Kamg Bai Yan Nian Tang can inhibit the HL 60 cells in vitro, and can promote the HL 60 cell apoptosis.Conclusion Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang obvious resistance to improve the curative effect of senile acute myeloid leukemia, which is safe and effective treatment, and Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang combined chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and attenuated synergies; Preliminary confirmed that "the Kang Bai Yan Nian Tang" can effectively promote the leukemia cell line HL 60 apoptosis.
