Clinic And Experimental Study Of Weining Granule On Chronic Atropic Gastritis And Precancerosis Of Damp-heat In Spleen And Stomach

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of Weining granule (WG) on chronic atropic gastritis(CAG) and precancerosis from the aspects of theary,clinic and experimental research.Methods: 60 cases of patients with CAG were divided into two groups randomly: 30 cases in WG group(treatment group) and 30 cases in Sanjiu granule group (control group), both of which were treated for 3 months to observe the changes of clinical symptoms, pathological signs,expresses of gastric endoscopy and HP examination. Chronic atropic gastritis induced by N-methyl-N'-nitroso-N-nitrognanidine(MNNG) in 50 male Wastar rats were divided into 2 groups: WG group and Sanjiu group, which were treated for 3 months.The changes of gastric tissue of rats were observed by light microscope and electron microscope.Results: The clinical results indicated that compared with control group ,the treatment group had significant distinction (P<0.05).And the improvement of physical signs, gastric endoscopy and HP clearing rates was superior to the control group. The experimental results showed:WG could improve the recovery of injured gastric mucosa and the defensive ability of mucosa.Conclusion: Weining granule could relieve the clinical symptoms remarkably and improve the pathological changes of gastric mucous.lt is a new kind of effective and safe drug in treating CAG.
