The Clinical Research Of Jianwei Granule Combined With Standard Triple In Treating Chronic Gastritis Of Spleen And Stomach Dampness-heat Syndrome That Related With Hp

1. ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Jianwei granules combined with standardtriple in the treatment of spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome in chronic gastritiswith helicopter pylori infection.2. Method60cases of patients with helicobacter pylori infection and TCM diagnosis ofepigastric pain (spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome) in chronic gastritis subjectto the completion of clinical trials were randomly divided into two groups, thetreatment group of30cases, and30cases in the control group. The two groups wereboth to eradicate Helicobacter pylori firstly for14days (treatment groups were givenJianwei granules, ray bella, clarithromycin and amoxicillin; the control groups weregiven ray bella, clarithromycin and amoxicillin). After the end of eradication of Hp,the treatment groups continued to take Jianwei granules for14days; the control groupstopped treatment. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patientswith observerd varieties of the main symptoms, secondary symptoms of traditionalChinese medicine, Therapeutic effect of syndrome, Hp eradication, curative efficacyof endoscopy, pathology and clinical, adverse reactions of drugs, long-term curativeeffects and the comparisons.3. Results3.1Comparison of two groups of comprehensive treatment, the treatment groups weresignificantly better than the control groups (p<0.05).3.2Main and secondary symptoms of two groups were obviously improved (p<0.05);the total score of the main and secondary symptoms in the treatment groups werehigher than that in the control group (p<0.05); and the symptoms improvement oftreatment groups (such as epigastric burning pain, mouth pain, bad breath, dry mouth,nausea and vomiting, stool viscosity and tongue and pulse) was better than the controlgroups, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Jianwei granules treat spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome in chronic superficial gastritis and chronicatrophic gastritis with helicobacter pylori infection， the treatment groups weresignificantly better than the control groups (p<0.05).3.3Compared with two groups of curative effect of syndrome，the treatment groupswere significantly better than the control groups (p<0.05).3.4Eradication rate of Hp was93.3%in the treatment groups and70%in the controlgroups, the comparison between two groups, the difference was statisticallysignificant (p<0.05).The treatment groups in the eradication of Hp was better than thecontrol groups.3.5Two groups of mucosa in endoscopic were improved significantly, but theelimination of gastric mucosa in patients with inflammatory in the treatment groupswas significantly better than the control groups (p<0.05).3.6In the course of treatment, there was1case of patients in the treatment groups thathad adverse reactions; while the control groups with6cases. It was higher securitythat taking Jianwei granules than western medicine.3.7During the treatment, two groups were followed up for3months, the long-termcurative effects of the treatment group is relatively stable, and while the control grouphad recurrence probably.4. Conclusion4.1Jianwei granules can significantly improve the main, secondary symptoms inpatients with spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome HP related chronic gastritis,and reduce the recurrence.4.2Jianwei granules combined with standard triple can improv HP related chronicgastritis patients with HP eradicate rate.4.3Jianwei granules can eliminate spleen and stomach syndrome HP related chronicgastritis patients with gastric mucosal inflammation.4.4Jianwei granules can treat spleen stomach dampness-heat syndrome HP relatedchronic gastritis with less adverse reactions and higher security.4.5Jianwei granules treatment of spleen stomach syndrome HP related chronic gastritis curative effects is relatively stable.
