| Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is a common disease ,having characterization with localizative and extensive putrescence of the gland of gastric mucosa and decreas ,and gastric secretive functive decrease with the cancerization of intestinal metaplasia and untypical hyperplastic . At present , the cancerization intestinal metaplasia and untypical hyperplastic of CAG have been studied .Untill now have not a effective treatment to theraping the disease which is dangerous ,high sicken rate and cancerization rate. In this study ,A traditional Chinese medicine Wning Tea had been used to treat this disease with a rat model..Firstly ,a model were made with sodium salicylate and tire treatent with 100 rats.The content of gastrin in serum, the PEG2, cAMP, cGMP in gastric mucosa were deteced .The tissue pathology were examed one month after the treatment .The results showed that the content of gastrin in serm, cGMP in gastric mucosa were higher than that in control group ; the content of the PEG2, cAMP were lower than that of control group. The tissue of rats in model group has obvious pathological changes.After the modle had been made, the ill rats were randomly divided to modle group , Weining Tea, Therapy group(high , medium , low group) , sanjiuweitai group and a control group,each with 10 rats ,modle group with sodium salicylate; therapia group with Weining Tea ;sanjiuweitai group with sanjiuweitai ; control group with normal treat .One month after the treatment later , the content of gastrin in serum, the PEG2, cAMP, cGMP in gastric mucosa were detected , the tissue pathology were examed .The result showed that in Weining Tea treating group the content of gastrin and cGMP in gastric mucosa were decreased ;the content of PGE2, cAMP were increased;and the gastric mucosa tissue were improved.It suggested that Weining Tea has some therapy effect on the CAG in rat.
