Clinical Observation Of Treating Of Chronic Non-atropic Gastritis(Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome) With Xiaoxianxiong Decoction And Pingwei Powder

Objective:By using Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei Powder to treat Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome)and comparing with Chinese Patent Preparation Sanjiuweitai granules to verify that Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei Powder treat Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome)is effective and safe.The conclusion Provide a certain basis for future clinical research.Methods: This case came from January to December 2019 which have been diagnosed at Liver,spleen and stomach of Changchun university of traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 72 Patients were enrolled and meet the standard.A randomized controlled trial was conducted and divided into a treatment group(Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei San)36cases and a control group(Sanjiu Weitai Granules)36 cases by a randomized controlled experiment.A total of 7 cases were dropped during the test,32 cases of the former completed the study,and 33 cases of the latter completed the study.The courses of treatment were both four weeks.Keep watch on and record the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after drug intervention in two groups.Finally compare and analyze the differences in electronic gastroscopy.Result:1.Comparison of Chinese Medicine Crystal Wishes after the treatment of two groups Compare the Pain of stomach,mouth sticky or bitter,sticky stool,stomach heat,braking,vomiting,heavy body,sleepy single symptoms,the results show that the treatment group is lower than the control group,which has statistical significance(P<0.05);The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group was 84.38%,69.70%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of gastric mucosa under gastric mirror in two groups after treatment The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group was 90.63%,78.79%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blem,erosion,bile reflux(P<0.01),bleeding(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;the stomach integral Points after the treatment of the two groups,the Points in the bile reflux 0.002(P<0.01).3.Safety assessment There was no significant change in safety testing indicators of the treatment group and the control group,and the side effects of the two groups did not respond or Poorly.Conclusion: Studies have confirmed that the curative effect of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei is quite good for the Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach-free evacuation).It can also effectively improve clinical symptoms and effectively improve gastric mucosa,bile refractive flow,etc.Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei is good for disease treatment and safety and worth Popularizing.
