| The first department ClinicalObjective:To explore mechanism of yinglianjin hewei prescripti on intreating Chronic Atrophie Gastritis. The aim is to provide experimental evidence for clinical research.Method:The selected cases according to"Randomized Number Scale"were randomly divided into two groups:30 patients in treatment group were administered with yinglianjin hewei Prescription;30 patients in control group were administered with weifuchun. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Observation of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of the symptoms, gastroscopy and pathological changes,HP infection,and analyzed statistically.Result:(1)Two groups of patients's clinical symptoms have no significant statistical significance(P< 0.05) in the statistical effect of treatment,show that the yinglianjin hewei Prescription treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of its efficacy and clinical symptoms is superior to weifuchun. (2)The two groups before and after treatment in patients with gastroscopy signs,pathological changes,the statistical treatment,a significant statistical signifi- cance(P<0.05),shows signs of yinglianjin hewei Prescription on gastroscopy and pathological changes in the efficacy is superior to weifuchun.(3)Hp infection before and after treatment by the statistical effect of treatment, no significant statistical significance (P> 0.05), Show that the yinglianjin hewei Prescription treatment of HP infection similar to weifuchun.In the course of the treatment,all patients had no undesirable response,which pointed the fact that treatment group and control group have no toxic and side effect.Conclusion: yinglianjin hewei Prescription treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can significantly improve their clinical symptoms,improve quality of life of patients,Of gastroscopy under the mucosa and pathological changes there has been a marked reversal of the role of the stomach are better than weifuchun.The research from clinical curative effective aspect approves that yinglianjin hewei Prescription is feasible and practicable in treating Chronic Atrophie Gastritis.The Second Department ExperimentalObjective:To explore mechanism of yinglianjin hewei Prescrip -tion in treating Chronic Atrophie Gastritis by constructing animal model.The aim is to provide experimental evidence for clinical research.Method:50 healthy male Wistar rats were selected and rando- mly divided into five groups:normal group,model group,low dose group,high dose group,weifuchun group,each group had 10 rats. Except the normal group,the remaining rats were integrated model.Model successfully the day after the beginning of treatment: the high-dose group by 96.6g pharmacognostic / kg / day orally one time with yinglianjin hewei Prescription Decoction;the low-dose group by 32.2g pharmacognostic / kg / day orally one time yinglianjin hewei Prescription Decoction;weifuChun Group stomach by weifuchundaily Dissolved liquid 19mg/kg Fu-chun one times.The normal saline was given to normal group and model group, respectively.60 days later,all rats were killed to observe following index:epidermal growth factor, nitrogen mon-oxidam, blood vessel endothelium, gastric mucosa,ulcer index and pathology of gastric mucosa tissue. Last 24 hours after administration in fasting, broken blood,each blood 6ml,and collecting specimens of gastric determination to do the following indicators:General concept of gastric mucosa,gastric mucosal histopathology observed motilin (MLT), vascular endothelin (ET).Result:(1)General concept of gastric:The model group has obvious lesions,weufuchun group,low-dose group and high-dose group were effective in improving the gastric mucosa,but high-dose group of Chinese medicine will benefit most.(2)Histopathological observation of gastric mucosa: obviously the elimination of gastric inflammation,improve or even reversed in rats with pathological changes such as gastric mucosal atrophy.(3)The high and low dose group and the weifuchun group plasma motilin MLT,serum endothelin ET were significantly lower than the model group,(P <0.05).Conclusion:yinglianjin hewei Prescription may adjust hormone disorders such as MLT,ET plus increased gastric mucosal blood flow,improve microcirculation and enhance repair of mucosal barrier function,to the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis purpose.
