Clinical Studies Of Migraine With Zheng Tian Capsule In Treating On Type Of Wind,Yang Excess With Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of Zheng Tian capsule in treating patients with migraine headache who belong to the type of Wind,yang excess with blood stasis.Methods: The clinical trials included 48 patients with migraine headache who belong to type of Wind,yang excess with blood stasis.The clinical trial was randomized and parallel controled with effective drug. The 48 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was given two pills of Zheng Tian capsule,three times a day after meals,While the control group was given one pill of Sibelium, once at night.Both of these pills are taken orally. If the pain was unbearable,then the patient can take Iburofen.To observe and recoded the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.The treatment course was 12 weeks. Comparing patients by migraine days, times frequency,response rate and duration of migraine,the TCM evaluation score and VAS score before treatment and after treatment, and do statistical analysis.Results:The cured rate and the total efficiency of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. The conclusion shows that Zheng Tian capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of migraine sufferers, and has high safety.(1)In the efficacy of migraine treatment.After taking the drug for Twelfth weeks, There are significant differences between two groups of in the migraine days(P=0.026) and the number of times of migraine occurrence(P=0.027).In the Twelfth weeksbaseline, There are also significant differences, the differrence of migraine days(P=0.039) and the difference of the number of times of migraine occurrence(P=0.022).While the use of analgesic times were not statistically different in each period.The response rate of migraine days and the number of times of migraines howed an upward trend,and at the twelfth weeks after taken drugs,rate reached the peak.(2)On the migraine degree, before treatment, there is no significant difference in pain score between the treatment group and the control group;there is significant difference between the two groups on the VAS score at the twelfth weeks(P=0. 023). The duration of the migraine of the two groups is statisticaiiy significant different after twelve weeks treatment.(3)TCM syndrome score: the effective rates of clinical symptoms are 91.67% in treatment group while 83.33% in control group.The significant effective rate of treatment group surpassed control group.(4)A dverse events: There were no significant moderate or severe adverse.Conclusion:The Zheng Tian capsule can effectively treat the migraine headache and is worthy of promotion and clinical use. The Zheng Tian capsule can be effective in treating migraine who belongs to type of Wind,yang excess with blood stasis. With the gradually prolonged drug,the efficacy grows significantly. After stop taking the drug, it stills have certain efficacy followup reactions.The clinical efficacy is better than Sibelium; in improving symptoms of Chinese medicine, Zheng Tian capsule is also better than Sibelium. No adverse drug reactions. This drug is safe and reliable,and is worth promoting in clinical application.
