Therapeutic Evaluation Of The Jia Wei Tian Ma Gou Teng Prescription For The Hypertensive Patients In The Community:Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring Evaluation

Object: With treatment of community hypertensive patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome by adding Tianma Gouteng Decoction,to compare the changes of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)before and after treatment and to investigate the effect of Jiawei Gouteng Decoction on ambulatory blood pressure in community hypertensive patients.Methods: Using multi-random,double-blind,multi-center clinical trial,entering Yin yang hyperactivity and clinic I and II simple systolic hypertensive patients with or without MAU positive in accordance to 2010 Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China.The screening cases were randomly divided into test group and observation group to undergo randomized double-blind controlled study.According to the period of two-week introduction,period of 24-week double-blind treatment,to fill in the study of medical records.Using non-drug treatment measures + combined with antihypertensive therapy(losartan + levamlodipine)+ plus Tianma Gouteng decoction for test group.Using non-drug treatment measures + combined with antihypertensive therapy(losartan + levamlodipine)+ placebo for Control group.The entire trial process plans to arrange 11 visits and 24 hours of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring at each visit.Compare changes in dynamic blood pressure monitoring parameters 24 hours before and after treatment.Results: A total of 104 patients in the control group and 105 patients in the experimental group were completed.Baseline data between the two groups were comparable.The levels of ambulatory blood pressure in both groups decreased,but the systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure drop in the test group were more significant.Blood pressure compliance rate was significantly improved.24 h circadian rhythm of blood pressure was significantly improved(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion: Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Antihypertensive treatment program can more effectively control the yin deficiency yang hyperactivity community hypertensive patients with 24 h blood pressure levels.Increasing systolic and pulsatile compliance rates may lead to greater long-term benefits.
