The reason of the woman infertility. usually is divided into to tyro type, the organic type and the functional type. This research aim is to study the latter one. Nowadays, the usual treatment of Western Medicine for the disease is hormone therapeutics, the clinical curative effect is not very good, meanwhile, there are certain complications and side effects. Based on the my clinical experiences and the study of literatures of Western and Chinese Ancient Medicine, I regarded "reinfbrcing kidney and tonifying yin and yang" as the basic curing principle, and provided a new therapy path for infertility. This research is the first step study about clinical effective and therapeutic mechanism of therapy in infertility by "TIAO BU ZHU YUN TANG"Choose 42cases of infertilty patients belong to the kidney deficiency, take the decoction from the 5th day of menstrual cycle. After treated with the decoction, fluctuation of BBT in luteal phase was lessened, luteal phase of BBT was prolonged and ascended velocity of BBT after ovulation was accelerated. And all the symptoms of the patients have been greatly improved. Owing to the results of clinical research, we can draw the conclusion that Tiao Bu Zhu Yun Tang probably can regulate the disorderly function of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, help to get pregnancy, and improve all the symptoms.
